Permits have just been filed for a 5-story, residential development at 263 Prospect Avenue in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain condo units. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The new development has received a bit of controversy because it would require the complete demolition of The Grand Prospect Hall; a historic banquet hall that was originally constructed in 1892.
