Permits Filed for Inwood Mixed-Use Tower
Applicant, , has just filed permits for a story mixed-use tower at 4650 Broadway in Manhattan's Inwood neighborhood. Developed by, , it would contain rental apartments, spread across square feet. Currently, a 2-story building, configured as a parking garage, occupies the lot. purchased the property in November of 2019 for $54 million. Demolition permits have already been filed.
Designed by , the new tower will stand feet tall and total square feet. In addition to residential units, the development will offer square feet of ground-floor retail space, and over 78,000 square feet for community facilities.
