Permits Filed for Jerome Park Residential Building
Permits have been filed for a 13-story, residential development at 2829 Valentine Avenue in the Jerome Park neighborhood of the Bronx. The building would be developed by , and contain residential units. Designed by , it would stand feet tall and total square feet. Two existing structures would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development. They consist of a 3-story residential building (pictured center), and a neighboring multifamily home (pictured right). has already acquired both of these properties, but the lots would have to be combined and rezoned in order for the project to receive approval.
