Permits Filed for Large Mixed-Use in Forest Hills
Building permits have just been filed for a sizable, 7-story mixed-use development, at 78-29 Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens.
Developed by , it will be known as "The Austin" and is set to contain residential condo units.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a spa, a children's area, a recreation room, a resident lounge, and a roof deck with a swimming pool.
The remainder of the structure will house 40,964 square feet of community facility space, a cellar, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , The Austin will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site encompasses an area that spans roughly square feet.
