Permits Filed for Life Sciences Lab in Nolita
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story commercial project at 156 Bowery in Nolita, Manhattan. Developed by , the building will contain both wet and dry life sciences labs. Plans also call for office space in conjunction with labs and a cellar level. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A string of 7 low-rise residential buildings will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
