Permits Filed for New Film Production Studio in Bushwick
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, film and TV production studio, at 215 Moore Street (aka 242 Seigel Street) in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood. Developed by , and dubbed "Bushwick Studios", it will contain five state-of-the-art sound stages. Plans also call for support, office, and milling space, as well as five loading berths, and an enclosed, cellar-level parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The studio will replace several existing industrial buildings at the site. Despite not having released any project renderings yet, states that it estimates the building to be delivered by Q2 of 2027.
