Permits Filed for Non-Profit Housing Project in Hamilton Heights
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, mixed-use development, at 1727 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan's Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Developed by , filings indicate that the building will contain dwelling units and 70,837 square feet of community facility space.
The current building on the site contains the Heritage Healthcare Center, managed by Heritage Health and Housing, Inc. This organization, which provides both housing and support services, will likely transfer its existing operations into the new building.
