Permits Filed for Residential Tower on Upper East Side
Permits have been filed by E83 Properties LLC for a new development at 300 East 83rd Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The 5-story residential building currently occupying the site has been slated for demolition since last summer. If demolition proceeds, the lot would soon be redeveloped into a 22-story residential tower with 70 condo units. It would stand up to 235 feet tall and have over 84,000 square feet of residential space. The new tower would also have a basement, and retail situated on the ground floor.
