Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, mixed-use development, at 2900 Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn's Coney Island neighborhood. Developed by 2900 Stillwell Avenue Corp, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot has been vacant for nearly a decade now, and no demolition would be required.
