Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 1404 Stebbins Avenue in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood.
Developed by , the building would contain apartments, including 66 supportive units and 44 affordable housing units. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, automotive garage building, would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
