Permits Filed for Williamsbridge Residential Project
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 1015 East Gun Hill Road in the Bronx's Williamsbridge neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential units. Plans also call for an outdoor parking lot with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. A 2-story commercial building, which currently contains the Bronx Christian Fellowship Church, would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
