Permits Filed With FAA For 57-Story Edgewater Tower
Permits were filed with the FAA for Casa Bella, a 57-story tower planned for the Edgewater neighborhood. The joint-venture from Alta Developers and Related Group is planned to yield 312 condo units, of which 60% have been sold. The FAA permits are requesting approval for the height of the building, which is expected to reach 638 feet above ground.
Upon completion, Casa Bella will also feature a pool deck, a spa, and a full time concierge. The building was designed by Arquitectonica.
