Permits for New Apartment Community in Jacksonville Under Review
The building permits are being reviewed by the City of Jacksonville for a new apartment community that will bring 270 apartments to downtown Jacksonville. One Riverside will include two seven-story apartment buildings, a six-story apartment building, an eight-story parking garage and a 2,600 square feet amenity building. The apartment community is the newest component of the 1 Riverside retail and residential development in the Brooklyn section of downtown Jacksonville.
