Permits Pulled for $5.2M in Capital Improvement Projects at 1079 Commonwealth Ave
Hamilton Construction Management has pulled a series of permits valued at over $5.2M for capital improvement projects to Atrium on Commonwealth. The mixed-use project along Commonwealth Avenue features ground-floor retail space and 187 apartments. The capital projects include roof replacement and concrete column & slab repairs in the two-level parking garage.
