Permitting Approved for SKY Everett
V10 and Volnay Capital won permitting approval from the Everett planning board for the SKY Everett. The 240-foot tower will include 366 luxury residential units across 21-stories, a 6,000 SF rooftop restaurant, a 1,500 SF skydeck with a retractable roof, and 12,000 SF of amenities along with 340 parking spaces.
