Permitting Begins for USQ Parcel D-6
The Hamilton Company has announced the approval process for permitting has begun on One Union Square in Somerville with demolition complete for the project site at parcel D-6. Plans call for a two-building development featuring 111,000 square-feet of Class-A office floorspace and 114,000 square-feet of research lab floorspace.
