Phase 1, 110-Unit Development Approved in Salem
A Boston-based property developer won approval to develop the "crescent lot" at 252 Bridge Street in Salem. Part of a 3-building development, 252 Bridge Street is the first phase of the Salem County Commissioners Building/Superior Court Building redevelopment project and will feature 110 residential units next to the Salem MBTA commuter rail station.
In total, the project will greenlight 129 housing units with 57% reserved for income restriction.
