Phase 2 of 8015 Georgetown Project Underway
The 310-unit multi-family housing project is currently being excavated 35-40 ft. deep to accommodate the eight-level below-grade garage Steele Foundations
The building will feature a second-story courtyard area, dividing the structur into two separate towers, defining the shape.
In June 2021, the developer filed updated plans for the project that call for 224 apartments, 73 live/work units, and up to 6,000 square feet of co-working space.
The site will be accompanied by a 350-seat, 53,000-square-foot church.
