Phase 2 of Development to Begin on 224-Unit Brockton Development
Trinity Financial is beginning phase 2 of development on Enterprise Block in downtown Brockton as $19,000,000 is secured from MassHousing for the project. A mixed-use project featuring 55,000 SF of space, Enterprise Block is a two-phase development that will house 224 multifamily units.
