Phase 2 of Tuscan Village Development to Open Memorial Day
Phase 2 of the Tuscan Village development in Salem, New Hampshire is set to open Memorial Day weekend. Retailers expected to open their doors include L.L. Bean, Smuttynose, Ulta Beauty, Williams Sonoma, Tuscan Market, Cooking School, Old Navy, and Drive Custom Fit.
Tuscan Village will feature over 800,000 square feet of retail, 950 residential units, two hotels, and 1 million square feet of life science and laboratory space.
