Phase One Continues at Packard Crossing
Work continues on the foundation and underground parking at Packard Crossing in Allston. The upcoming four-story building will be integrated to an existing Victorian house on site and contain 38 residential units with 39 underground parking spaces.
Construction is set to begin on Phase Two of the project later this year. Once complete the project will include a total of 114 rental residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. Resident amenities will include a landscaped roof deck and a fitness center.
