Phase One of INOVA Hospital - Alexandria Proposed
INOVA Health Care Services proposed a development plan for the site at 6001 Duke Street in the Landmark/ Van Dorn area of Alexandria. The plan for the first phase of the hospital campus is to include a 565,525 sf level 2 trauma hospital with associated below-grade and structured parking, a 107,239 cancer center, and an 88,085 specialty care center. In addition, 950 parking spaces will be added to the existing 550 space garage.
