Plan for Apartment Building at 1641 1st Avenue North Approved
The St. Petersburg Development Review Commission approved the plan for 1641 1st Avenue North. The development will be a 15-story residential tower above a 4-story garage podium. Ground floor amenities within this Class A design-build consist of a fitness center and residential lobby. A unique addition to this structure is on the 19th floor, a 3,250 SF resident lounge that includes coworking space, a business center, communal event space, and catering kitchen. The 6,300 SF exterior deck includes an outdoor dining and grilling area, lounge seating, and cabanas around the rooftop pool. This one-of-a-kind design is located in the heart of St. Petersburg and will be the tallest building in the Edge District. The view will give a draw-dropping sight of downtown St. Petersburg allowing the residents to have the ability to see Tropicana Field, astonishing water views, and much more!
