Planned Hotel Development Site For Auction in New Rochelle
The site at 115 Cedar Street, off I-95, was originally planned to be a Wyndham Hotel standing 24-stories with 150 rooms and 75 extended stay suites. After the bankruptcy case of the LLC behind the project, WP Realty Acquisition III LLC, the site and the plans became available.
Newmark is handling the sale process, having previously offered the site. The final bids are due to come in on July, 19
