Plans Call for New Industrial Development in East Tampa
Scannel Properties, an Indianapolis developer, has plans for a new industrial development in east Tampa. Causeway West will add over 300,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. The development will consist of two buildings, 234,795 square feet and 87,400 square feet on over 18 acres of land. Located in east Tampa close to downtown with easy access to Highway 60 and I-75, Causeway West will have 51 trailer parking spaces along with 402 car parking spaces.
