Plans Coming to Fruition at 4405 East-West Highway
In March of this year, Perseus TDC acquired a 65,000 sq. ft. office building along East-West Highway in downtown Bethesda with plans for the roughly 15,000 sq. ft. site to become multifamily with over 300 units.
Those plans are coming to fruition as the company has now filed plans with Montgomery County for a 10-story, 350-unit apartment building with retail, child care, or medical office use on the ground floor.
Approximately 15% of the units will be moderately-priced, and the building will be served by 193 below-grade parking spaces.
