Plans Filed for 1.7M SF Waterfront Development in Charlestown
The Flatley Company has filed plans for the redevelopment of the former Domino Sugar Factory site in Charlestown. Plans call for a 23-acre mixed-use waterfront campus featuring 1.6 million square feet of development. The project will feature office, life science, and multifamily development along with a 1-acre community park reconnecting the waterfront with a Boston Harborwalk extension.
