NPC Filed for 118,000 SF+ of Labs to Replace Office at Parcel 12
has filed a notice of project change for the under-construction 1001 Boylston Street - part of the Parcel 12 air rights development - to replace 118,191 SF of planned office and retail space with life science laboratories.
The under-construction project was approved in 2019 and is the first air right project in Boston in over 30 years. The project will feature 657,000 SF of mixed-use space along Boylston Street & Massachusetts Ave.
