Plans Filed for 23-Unit Redevelopment of Former Doyle's Cafe
Watermark Development has filed plans with the City of Boston for redevelopment of Doyle's Cafe in Jamaica Plain. The project will include two new 4-story residential buildings on top of the cafe featuring 23 condos. The project also calls for a 4,500 SF Brassica Kitchen for the ground floor with a 2,000 SF rooftop dining patio, as well as a 5,189 SF Urban Grocery Market.
