Lincoln Property Company Planning 270 Unit Project in Hyde Park
Lincoln Property Company had submitted an LOI that was later withdrawn with the City of Boston for development on 14 acres of wooded property at 990 American Legion Parkway in Hyde Park. Plans called for a 9-building, 270-unit development with 2-3 stories each. The development would feature 35 income-restricted units and 455 parking spaces.
