Plans Filed For 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Fl
Developers have recently filed plans to build a mixed-use tower called, RD Rio Vista.
The project will be located at 409 Southeast 8th Street in Fort Lauderdale and will rise 337 feet high with 267,135 square feet of residential space across 328 units, and 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Amenities will include a landscaped pool deck with a spa area, abundant seating, and private cabanas, a fully equipped health club, a club room for entertaining guests, a spacious resident lounge, a covered terrace, and a business center.
