Plans Filed for 30-Unit Church Conversion in Chelsea
Broadway Capital has filed plans for a 30-unit development at the site of the former St. Stanislaus church in Chelsea. A former church, 171 Chestnut Street features 12,776 SF of floorspace on a 23,255 SF lot. The developer is also planning 45 off-street parking spots for the project.
