Plans Filed for 380,000 SF+ Lab at USQ
has filed plans for the life science portion of the USQ development in Somerville's Union Square neighborhood. Named "D3.3", plans call for 380,000 SF of floorspace with 323,000 SF of labs, 38,000 SF of arts and creative space, and a 19,000 SF community center at 600 Windsor Place.
