Plans Filed for 51K SF, 45-Unit Mixed-Use Venue in Mattapan
Vanko Studio Architects and The Massachusetts Association Minority Law Enforcement Officers have filed a small project review application for a mixed-use development on a 4-lot, 16,751 SF site. Plans call for a 4-story, 51,385 SF building featuring a 200+ seat auditorium and 45 residential units as well as rentable office space for local organizations in Mattapan.
