Plans Filed for Boston State Hospital Site Redevelopment
has filed a letter of intent for a redevelopment of the former Boston State Hospital property in Mattapan. Plans call for a square-foot, 6-building affordable housing project featuring 265 residential units for elderly and mixed-income residents.
