Plans Filed for Phase 1 of $1B Development 'Upland Park' in Sweetwater
Terra Group has filed an Administrative Site Plan Review with Miami-Dade County Planners for the first phase of its master development "Upland Park" at 11897 Northwest 12th Street.
Upland Park is a planned 43-acre transit-oriented mixed-use community that will include about 2,000 residential units, 200,000 square feet of retail, a 12-story hotel, a 16-story office building, medical facilities, and a school. Phase 1, dubbed Building L, is planned to include a 15-story mixed-use building consisting of 384 multi-family units, 50,000 square feet of grocery and retail, and an 853-space parking garage.
