Plans Filed for Robinson Terminal North Redevelopment
Rooney Properties has filed a special use permit application for the redevelopment of Robinson Terminal North along Union Street in Alexandria. Plans call for 2 buildings featuring 73 units plus over 13,000 square feet of retail & restaurant space. Plans also show ample amenity space including an outdoor terrace and plaza along the waterfront.
