Plans Officially Filed for 7-Story, 100-Foot Seaport Lab
has filed a letter of intent for 22 Drydock Avenue in Boston's Seaport after winning designation of developer from the city for the property. Plans call for a 7-story, twin-building development featuring SF of lab space up from the 3rd floor and a ground-floor mixed-used conference and event space.
