Plans Officially Under Review for 900 Units at West Falls Church Metro
Plans are officially under review for the redevelopment of the West Falls Church Metro Station. The development would include 900 residential units, 810 apartments, and 90 townhomes, along with 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 110,000 square feet of office space. Plans also call for a 20,000+ square foot community park at the center of the development.
