Plans Paused for Encore Venue/Parking Garage in Everett
Wynn Resorts has paused plans for a 900,000 SF development across the street from the Encore Casino in Everett as it reviews other potential uses for the site. Named "East of Broadway," the project would feature a 7-story parking garage complete with a 20,000 SF two-story restaurant, a 1,800-seat event center and a 1,996 SF pedestrian bridge spanning Route 99 connecting the new development to the Encore Casino.
