Plans Revealed for Tallest Tower in Fort Lauderdale
New York based Dependale Equities has submitted plans for a new tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The plans call for a 47-story, 830-unit mixed-use structure. The building will feature 12,798 square feet of commercial use and 951 parking spaces.
The building was designed by ODA Architecture, and will be reviewed by the Fort Lauderdale Development Review Committee on September 13th.
