Plans Revised For 52-Unit Next to McPherson
Plans are under review to construct a six-story-plus-penthouse multifamily building with ground-floor and cellar retail.
The application proposes to raze three existing buildings, combine the lots and construct a new mixed-use, The building would have 52 residential units, ground-floor and cellar retail, as well as eight covered parking spaces.
There will be a variety of units, from micro-and-efficiency, one, one-plus-den, and two-bedroom units.
A prior application was made under a different address, which was revised to include, among other things, accessibility and architectural updates, as well as relief from required loading areas due to the narrow lot.
