Ultimate Wynwood Update 11/12/24

Plans Submitted for Mixed-Use Towers in Wynwood

 

 

A proposed mixed-use development in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood will offer 1,300 residential units along with 21,601 square feet of commercial space. Ultimate Wynwood will include two 36-story towers. The plans call for 1,300 The residences will be a mix of 524 micro-units ranging from 300 to 375 square feet, 456 studios ranging from 400-527 square feet, 285 one-bedroom apartments starting at 585 square feet, and 12 two-, and three-bedroom units. The developers are utilizing Florida’s Live Local Act, 40% of the residential units, the 524 micro units, will be designated as affordable housing. The development will include 1,099 parking spaces located on two basement levels and floors two through five. The proposal will go before the Wynwood Design Review Committee on November 18.
