Plans Submitted to Replace Capital Beltway Office Building with Trophy Office Asset
B.F. Saul has submitted plans seeking a special exception to increase the permitted building height on the site at 7926 Jones Branch Drive. The site is currently home to an office building dating back to the 1970s which would be demolished to construct a new trophy office building. The new building would also include ground-floor retail, a terraced plaza, and outdoor seating areas.
