Plans Submitted With FAA For Two Hotel Towers on Island Gardens Site in Miami
Two towers were proposed to the Florida Aviation Administration last week for the Island Gardens site located at 950 Mac Arthur Causeway in Miami, FL. The permits filed were for a lifestyle hotel that would rise 367 feet and one for a luxury hotel set to rise 527 feet.
Plans show the development will include 455 hotel rooms,150 apartments, 221,000 square feet of retail store space, 136,140 square feet of full-service restaurant space, 13,800 square feet of banquet hall space (without kitchen), 10,340 square feet of bar or cocktail lounge space and 50 marina slips.
The developers of the project signed an agreement with Miami-Dade County to supply water and sewer utilities back in November 2022.
