Plans Under Review for 1.5M SF of Mixed-Use Space for Cloverleaf Center Redevelopment
Plans are under review for nearly 1.5M square feet of mixed-use space for the redevelopment of a 15+ acre site at the Cloverleaf Center in Germantown. The development would include a 13-story, 900,000 square foot office building, two, eight-story hotels featuring a total of 154 rooms, and two, six-story mixed-use buildings including 233 residential units. The residential buildings are designed in the shape of a “U” with the center portion of the “U” being an outdoor amenity space serving the residents of the buildings.
