Plans Under Review for 220K Lab Project in Watertown
Boston Development Group has submitted an application for site plan review for a lab building at 88 Water Street in Watertown. The roughly 220,000 square-foot project is the second phase of a redevelopment that began with 66 Galen Street which is now under construction. As part of the development, the alignment of Water Street will be altered to improve vehicular and pedestrian circulation and to create a large publicly accessible park between Nonantum Road and the relocated Water Street.
