Updated Plans Under Review for 229-Foot, 400-Unit Fenway Development
has filed amended plans for a redevelopment of 2 Charlesgate West in Fenway. The previously proposed 285,000 SF residential development has been reduced to 254,000 SF with the planned 340-foot tower reduced to 229 feet. The project will feature 400 residential units.
