Plans Under Review for 26-Story Senior Living Project in North Bethesda
Experience Senior Living has submitted plans for a 26-story senior living project on Lot 5 within Strathmore Square. The project would include 166 independent living units, 74 assisted living beds, and up to 36 memory care beds in a separate memory care wing. The project dubbed, The Reserve, would provide significant indoor and outdoor residential amenities including a bistro/wine bar, game room, fitness facility, swimming pool, and great room.
