Plans Under Review for 28 Unit Mixed-Use Project in Somerville
Plans are now under review for a mixed-use project at 720 Broadway in Somerville. The site is presently a one-story commercial building, home to Lyndell's Bakery, a landmark for Ball Square and Somerville for 135 years. The proposed development would add three (3) stories to the structure and twenty-eight (28) residential units and include a new state-of-the-art facility for the bakery.
